Claudia Camargo

Claudia is a bi-cultural therapist, born in the U.S. and of Colombian and Bolivian descent. Claudia is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys working with bi-cultural youth as well as their families.

Claudia is certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). She has received training in Theraplay, Marshack Interactional Method as well expressive arts (play and sand). She has experience working in a community mental health agency in D.C. and Maryland with low income clients with severe and persistent mental health illness. Claudia has experience providing individual, group and family therapy treating issues of trauma, anxiety, disruptive behaviors and adjustments disorders.
